Hi, I received two emails today stating that "Microsoft account Unusual sign-in activity". I am very concern that this could be a phishing email, so I went to see the recent activity in the outlook page, but there is a code that is being sent to my alternative email address but the email with the code is not arriving. I tried in opening the account in different browsers but it does not arrive to the email box. Please help! I want to make sure that my emailbox is not hacked and want to add more security.
I also tried to add my phone number or change the password but I face the same issue. I am not receiving the verification codes in the alternative email address. Is there somebody to email directly or call to solve this. Thank you for your help!
