Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
I'm getting error message "outlook data file cannot be accessed" on both send and receive when I use outlook desktop application

When opening outlook I get the message "outlook data file cannot be accessed". its got something to do with onedrive as my computer keeps reverting to this even though I regularly "Quit onedrive"
When i click on outlook settings and look at data files TAB, my email accounts have onedrive in the listed accounts location.
Also I have no emails since April 30 2025 although I am still able to send and receive on my mobile phone.
I am using windows 11 Home
