Organizing and accessing contact information in Outlook.com
Not Received Verification Code
Hello,
I'm writing to report an issue with my Outlook email account (***Removed PII***). TikTok has sent multiple verification code emails to this address so I can update my bank account, but I have not received any of them.
I have already checked all folders, including Junk, Spam, Promotions, and Others. I also cleared my browser cache and tested with multiple devices and browsers.
Could you please help check if messages from TikTok (such as *@tiktok.com or *@tiktokmail.com) are being blocked, filtered, or delayed by Outlook? I rely on these emails for important account changes.
