I am having to use this corporate email that I have to ask for help with a personal account, because I cannot access it, and the support only works after we access it, which is horrible. Anyway, I need help with the account ******@hotmail.com, it is my personal account, when I was trying to access it, after entering the CORRECT password it directed me to a screen with a 404 error or too many requests, to try to solve it I changed my password several times, using the method of sending a code to my cell phone number, now I no longer remember the password because I changed it so many times to try to solve the problem, and the recovery method by sending SMS to my cell phone is inactive, I do not have an authenticator, I need to solve this URGENTLY.
