can we install Exchange 2019 Enterprise Edition in DAG for mailbox and Standard edition for Exchange Hybrid Environment

    Absolutely. There is no dependency on Exch Version for those roles.

    Agree with Andy, DAG and hybrid development don't require specific Exchange version.
