Forms and Quizzes

We have several users that created quizzes  in forms.  They are now looking at them and want them in Multilingual.  That is not on option on a quiz for some reason.  Also, the landing page for Forms is misleading.  The only button is +Quizzes, so that is what users are selecting.  Who would know to click the down arrow next to that box to select New Form.  These should be separate or the button should just say New and when clicked the user has to select quiz or form.

  1. How can you tell by looking at all your forms, if one is a quiz or a form?  There is no difference in file type.  They both show as a Form.  This is very confusing.  There is no way i can tell right now what are quizzes and what are forms unless i open each one up and look at the settings.  I understand that they both have the same fundamental technology, but should be distinguishable from each other.

2.  How or what is the easiest way to convert a quiz to a form so that the multilingual option can be used?

    Hi Kressirer.

My name is Fernando. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

Unfortunately, Quiz and Forms look the same at first glance because the correct answer dialog box and check box only appear when you put your mouse over the answer. At the same time, this may be the clue you need to know which is.

About convert quiz to a form, there is no automatic way either.

But you can send suggestions or feedback to Microsoft by following the guidelines at this link.

I believe this is a suggestion that many users would support.

    Best regards.
