Thank you for posting your question in this community.
As far as I know, Microsoft provides two platforms for Excel learning officially.
The first one is Excel help & learning, it is a free platform that provides the official articles and tutorials about Excel, include the information about data analysis. But the information is quite basic which it is focusing on Excel usage.
Another one is Instructor-led Courses, which there are some Excel structured online courses that provided by Microsoft Training partners based on your region, which it is more advanced, structured and focus. However, it seems that most of courses I have seems are fee-based courses.
