Hi everybody,

I faced a terrible issue with my Onenote Android version (my device: Note 20 Ultra 5G, latest SW ver., latest Onenote ver.)

I can sync and run One Note Window 10 and IOS version, but in my new devices, it doesn't work.

It shows that the notebook can not sync (web version, window onenote, ios ver run as usual)

When I accessed to Onenote, find the notebook file and open it, It shows the error saying that I can not open the file at this time, it is possible that file has been deleted or I don't have the authority

Pic #1. IOS ver, it runs smoothly

Pic #2: Android ver shows error with "!", can not sync

Pic #3: Web ver. OK

Pic #4. I can not open Notebook from Onedrive as well

Please support me to solve this case. Thank you very very much
