Hi There,

I brought my domains through office 365. The thought would make things easier. However, I am trying to add to Cname entries and cannot work why I can't.

I would like to add a cname to make my user's life easier:

portal.mydomain.com to point to portal.office.com

and another for our customer portal on our ERP so the second one would in effect:

books.mydomain.com to login.quickbooks.com

Any idea how I can do this in a Microsoft purchased

    Hi There De Paul,

The particular point here is that Microsoft is the hosting provider as I purchased the domain via Microsoft. The solutions you suggested work for a 3rd party hosting provider but not where Microsoft is the domain registrar.

It is that scenario I am work on.

    Kind regards,

    James Davolls
