    As an Office user (not a Microsoft employee), I can share some options with you.

    If your university doesn’t offer Microsoft 365 for free, you can check if you’re eligible for Office 365 Education, which is free for students and includes apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Just visit Microsoft’s Education page and enter your school email to see if you qualify.

    If that’s not available, you can still get a student discount on the Microsoft 365 Personal plan for $2.99/month. To access this, verify your student status on the student discount page.
