I've been working on this issue for the past hour. i just setup a FTP server on my home network. i've tested via external and internal and the server is fully working. i go to map the ip address on my laptop and it immediately comes up and tell me "The folder you entered does not appear to be valid please choose another" i tried multiple ways of typing it an even tried the microsoft sample server and it immediately comes back with the same message. i tried putting my computer on a completely different network so it wouldn't be internally communicating, nothing. i then went to the FTP server and typed in the address (ftp://server.mydomain.com) (Yes the "server." is apart of my domain) and it worked fine. i can't figure out why typing the domain in on my laptop doesnt work, but does on the "server".

FYI the "server is just running Windows 10, the newest version.
