    Hi,

I'm Srinivasa, an Office user like you and here to help.

Please note this is user forum and we will not have access to Microsoft Systems.

However I will provide information the best possible way. To confirm that your Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365) subscription has been canceled, visit the official Microsoft account page at account.microsoft.com/services.

Sign in using the same Microsoft account you used to subscribe. On the Services and Subscriptions page, look for your Office subscription. If it shows “Turn on recurring billing,” it means the subscription is no longer set to auto-renew and no future charges will be made. If it shows “Expires on [date],” your subscription will remain active until that date, and will not renew afterward.

Additionally, check your email inbox, including the spam or junk folders, for a cancellation confirmation from Microsoft. The subject might be “Your subscription has been canceled” or “Recurring billing turned off.” This email acts as an official confirmation of your cancellation.

If you canceled the subscription on the same day as payment and want a refund, you may need to contact Microsoft Support directly. They can verify your account and process any eligible refund based on their refund policy.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact

Search for "Request a Refund" and Follow the prompts. If it does not help then Click on "Contact Support" on the same page to Chat with Agent or request a Call back.

    Regards

    Srinivasa

    • Where did you buy a subscription? From Microsoft store or from any third party?
    • Why do you want to cancel it? Does any issue occur? If yes, please give me details, I will support you with my all best.
    • Did any information after you cancel appear? Please check in your mailbox to see is there any mail from Microsoft send to you to notice that subscription cancelled?
