Please note that the Microsoft Community is a support community, and we do not have access to customer billing information or the ability to process refunds directly. To resolve this issue and request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact Microsoft support at Contact Us - Microsoft
Support 2. Select the product or service that you think the charge might be related to. - Select "Billing & Subscriptions" as the topic.
- Click "Get Help" and then "Contact Support" to chat with an agent or request a call back.
