Request for a refund

I subscribed the Xbox standard game pass for 10.99 gbp and after just an hour I upgraded it to ultimate pass for 14.99 gbp and I should get my 10.99 gbp back no? As I was charged for both I just need one subscription for ultimate pass and I want my 10.99 pounds back. SS is attached for reference that shows the double charge.

    1. Contact Microsoft support at Contact Us - Microsoft
      Support 2. Select the product or service that you think the charge might be related to.
    2. Select "Billing & Subscriptions" as the topic.
    3. Click "Get Help" and then "Contact Support" to chat with an agent or request a call back.
