Having issues to recieve two digits code in Microsoft Authenticator

Hello, I am currently having issues with my new phone to recieve two digits code to approve sign in request using microsoft authenticator and using microsoft personal account. I didn't have any issues connecting to website using my old phone. For the new phone all notifications are enabled and battery optimisation is disabled for authenticator app also it got acess to work in background, time and date settings are set to automatically. I have checked every possible solution in the internet and it didn't help. Added screenshots where first one number 46 I got notification on the new phone to sign in, andafter I approved that on my microsoft authenticator app then it comes second to approve sign in request and it looks different than previous one with the required number of 44, which I didnt't recieve. I have tried many times, Microsoft authenticator app was the latest version from google play, also tried reinstalling the app, but nothing helped.
Waiting for possible solution how to fix this problem.

You sound like you have taken many of the proper troubleshooting steps, but just to confirm you'll want to make sure:
- The app is official from Google Play / Apple App Store
- You are authenticated with the correct / same account
- Make sure you have network connectivity and avoid VPNs and proxies while authenticating
- You should unregister your original device as it can cause push notification issues
- Confirm app permissions allow notifications
- Confirm that there is not a mismatch of accounts (personal mixed with work vice versa)
- As a last resort I would reset authenticator as an auth method temporarily via https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info and then reenable it.
