Option 1: Microsoft Teams on Web

1. Go to https://teams.microsoft.com.
2. Click Sign in.
3. Enter your Microsoft account email (Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com, or any Microsoft 365 account).
4. Enter your password (or approve with Microsoft Authenticator if enabled).
5. You’ll be redirected to your Teams dashboard where you can join or create teams.

Option 2: Microsoft Teams Desktop App

1. Download Teams from: Download Microsoft Teams.
2. Install and launch the app.
3. On the sign-in page, enter your Microsoft account email.
4. Authenticate with your password or 2FA.
5. Once signed in, you’ll see your Teams and Channels.
