Hello Annette Hebert, thanks for posting this in our community.
Corrupted cache can sometimes block media from loading. In Microsoft Edge, go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear, then pick Cached images and files and Cookies, and click Clear now.
Ad blockers or privacy extensions may also prevent images or videos from loading. Try temporarily disabling extensions by going to Settings > Extensions > Manage extensions in Edge.
If the image is in Outlook, make sure the option to download pictures automatically is enabled. Navigate to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Automatic Download, and uncheck “Don’t download pictures automatically in HTML email messages.”
Outdated versions of your browser or apps can cause compatibility issues. Update Microsoft Edge, Outlook, and the Facebook app to the latest version.
You can also test in InPrivate or Incognito mode. If images and videos load there, the issue is likely related to cache or extensions.
If nothing works, you can reset your browser settings. In Edge, go to Settings > Reset settings > Restore settings to their default values.
Kind regards,
John Oli
