Hello Parvardigar
When you see that error during installation, it usually means the edition of Windows you’re trying to install does not match the edition tied to your product key. For example, if your key is for Windows 10 Pro but the ISO you created is Windows 10 Home, setup will reject it. The Media Creation Tool often defaults to Home/Pro combined images, but IoT, Enterprise, or OEM keys will not work with that media.
The correct approach is to verify the exact edition your key belongs to, then download or create installation media for that edition. If it’s a retail or OEM key, use the Media Creation Tool to build a USB that includes the right edition. If it’s a volume license or Enterprise key, you need to get the ISO from the Volume Licensing Service Center or Microsoft 365 admin portal, not the public Media Creation Tool. Once you boot from the proper ISO, the installer will accept the key.
If you are unsure of the edition, you can skip entering the key during setup by choosing “I don’t have a product key” and then selecting the correct edition manually. But note that skipping only works if the ISO actually contains the edition your key supports. If it doesn’t, the install will fail as you experienced.
I hope you've found something useful here. If it helps you get more insight into the issue, it's appreciated to accept the answer. Should you have more questions, feel free to leave a message. Have a nice day!
Harry.
