How to solve blank Synapse notebooks?

Suddenly, I am unable to see any content on my Synapse notebooks. I can access them, export them, but I am unable to do anything in Azure Synapse, for the only thing that appears is a white screen. I've already tried to clean up the cache but it didn't work. Is there a way to fix the issue? Thank you

The problem is solved. The issue was caused by accessing the environment from an unauthorized IP. Adding my IP solved it.

Hello @Pedro Antunes (TKB) and welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Before considering whether something is very wrong, I would like to take a moment to suggest a few non-Synapse things to check. It may sound strange, but let me give a past example. Once there was a customer who thought the buttons were disabled. It turned out the theme / styles of the browser or windows was overriding the appearance of the webpage , making something look greyed out, but was not.

On that note, there area couple things to try. Open up the notebook, and highlight where the missing text should be. Try copy-pasting to somewhere else like a text editor. This is in case something made the text the same color as the background. Some browsers or accessibility tools can override text colors, fonts, and sizes. Given how you can access and export, this seems a plausible cause.

Try accessing Synapse from a different computer or browser. Or have someone else try to look at the notebook. This helps determine whether the cause is specific to you as a user, or your machine, or your browser.

If none of these help at all, I'll give you a support ticket.
