I'm haven't had much of a chance to be on my computer recently, but about 2 weeks ago I noticed my wireless headset was not playing any noise. I let it sit for a few days but the problem hadn't fixed. The headset was connected, the headset itself is fine, but no dice. I looked at my drivers and the generic bluetooth adapter had a code 43. I tried updating my pc, uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, and pretty much all the advice I could find online. has anyone had this problem before? how can I fix it?

    Hi,

    Access msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot and post it here so we can see the laptop model or desktop configuration to check the correct driver.

    We can reinstall and try to fix it, but it's possible it's a Bluetooth hardware failure.
