My subscription payment is being taken from a different account without my knowledge

Please provide some more information on this problem, do you want to cancel the Microsoft 365 subscription to get a refund, or do you want the subscription to be linked to a different Microsoft account, or are you being charged for two subscriptions, one on each Microsoft account.
I want to keep the subscription but it’s being paid out of an account I didn’t originally set it up to be paid out of….
