I tried to install windows on raspberry Pie 4. Where can I download the arm version of windows? In addition, what is the difference between IOT and arm? Do I want to install IOT or arm?

Windows 10 IoT Core supports Raspberry Pi 2 and 3. An image can download here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/iot-core/downloads

RPi4 is not currently supported, but the BSP is made available where you can help create a port: https://github.com/ms-iot/rpi-iotcore

For Windows on Arm on the RPi, there has been some efforts made: https://www.techradar.com/news/windows-10-on-arm-will-run-on-your-raspberry-pi-3
    The loader is here: https://github.com/WOA-Project/WoA-Installer-Rpi/blob/master/Docs/Raspberry.md
