When I try to configure my standard "xxx@Karima ben .it" account, it fails to start. The splash screen simply disappears and i can't open anything.
Did you encounter any issues when you configure your email account and test account settings like below? Are there any error prompt when this issue happens? If so, please provide me with more information such as error messgae for further research.
To confirm if your issue is related to your Outlook client, please log in to your web mail and see if it could work fine. If possible, it is also suggested to add your email account to other Outlook clients and see if the issue has any difference.
As I know, there could be some add-ins in your Outlook client that cause this issue, so it is suggested to start your Outlook in safe mode (Press Win + R, type “outlook /safe”, press Enter.) and see if the issue continues.
Navigation pane settings in different versions of Outlook may cause issues like this. Please try running the /resetnavpane command to see if the issue has any difference (Press Win + R, type “Outlook.exe /resetnavpane”, press Enter).
Corrupted outlook profile can lead this issue, so please try creating and using a new Outlook profile via Control Panel > Mail > Show profile and see if there is any difference.
