When it comes to monitoring Azure AD, you should be able to leverage Azure Active Directory monitoring to send your Azure AD Activity logs to an Azure Storage Account, Event Hub, or Log Analytics workspace.
For Azure Dedicated HSM, Microsoft has no administrative access to this resource, beyond physical serial port attachment as a monitoring role. As a result, customers are responsible for typical operational activities including comprehensive monitoring and log analysis. For more info.
