Hi,

today a user start a ticket with us about OneDrive not uploading files to its corporate account. The personal account (@Karima ben .com) is working fine. Just to complement information this PC has 01 SSD 240GB for windows and 01 TB SATA HD recognized as 'd:\' which hosts the folder for OneDrive app.

We already tried:

  • ran the command 'CHKDSK /F /X /R D:' - no sucess;
  • delete all PREFETCH files - no sucess;
  • recreate Index using Control Panel ícon - no sucess.

We realize OneDrive icon showing 'Processing 14 files", few seconds after "Processing 65 files", few seconds after "Processing 105 files" and so on... just a looping. The files that shows as pending to upload is some photos with 50kb or 90kb; the file name names and folder structure has 157 character only - below 255 limits of Windows.

I don't know if it can help but the file 'C:\Users\annam\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\logs\Business1\ObfuscationStringMap.txt' has 27MB

    Hi, as you have a lot of files stuck on 'processing changes', first please have a check on this official doc about common solutions.

    If that does not help, please have a try to sync on other machines and see if this issue remains.

    '>>>' MS should implement a way to 'PAUSE' for specific files on list instead to PAUSE the entire sync and also list ENTIRE FILE LIST of pending sync instead of only '07'.

    In this case, the OneDrive app was able to detected new files (coming from another computer with access to this shared folder) but was unable to upload on that computer.
