Hi, can anyone help us?

when I access a url 2 that is referenced in url 1 when loading the images it loads them as

"<div data-viewport-id="CanvasImg.4db0d62d-7865-4206-ad41-e263f7e8af6c" style="width: 100%; min-height: 269px; flex: 0 0 auto;"></div>".

However, if I access directly by putting the url in the browser's address bar, the images load as

Could you tell me how to solve the problem?

It is a private network, it is not possible. sorry.

Both are sites of the same sharpoint, they are not websites of other providers, nor are they different domains. they are both the same sharepoint

On url1: https://example/sites/portal/SitePages/Últimas-noticias.aspx there is a sección "newletter webpart" which redirects to "https://example/sites/aelcanews"

If I click on the link it is when the images do not load. If I access directly by putting the url in the browser, it loads correctly.

"newletter webpart" is a custom web part? So the URL Newsletter will redirect to "https://example/sites/aelcanews" works incorrectly. You can check the code how it get URL Imagen Newsletter.
