Hello,
Please i need your help on this.
Whenever a user should call through teams, the person's caller ID is not showing but just the phone number.

Noticed from the screenshot that it's a transferred call. So does this only occur when the user calls a call queue and then the call is transferred to you?
Does this affect other users in your environment?
What if the user calls your number directly? -
