Bonjour,
Lors d'une installation de mon pack office, l'installation a planté à 2%, alors pour supprimer toutes les parties du logiciel, j'ai installé le programme de désinstallation fourni par votre site. Cela à fonctionné donc je l'ai désinstallé, j'ai voulu réinstaller le pack office une deuxième fois, l'installation a planté à nouveau, au moment d'installer l'assistant de désinstallation, il m'a afficher le message qui est sur l'image ci-joint. J'aimerai pouvoir le désinstaller complètement sachant que je ne l'ai pas trouvé dans les paramètres ni dans le panneau de configuration.

    According to the screenshot of error message, the SaRA (Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant) seems still on your computer.
    Please go to File explorer > View in Show/hide group > Enable "Hidden Items", then locate to C:\Users\<User Account>\AppData\Local\Apps, check whether there is a folder named "2.0".

    • If Yes, delete "2.0" folder, restart PC and install SaRA again.
    • If not, restart PC first, then re-download the SaRA tool and right click the SaraSetup.exe, run as administrator to have a check.
