Hello,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
Is there a monthly payment in Microsoft Store if I Publish a Game in Microsoft Store?
The answer is no. To be more specific, there is no existing way to pay for your game by month. But actually, there is a workaround for such a scenario, You could make your game free in the store and create a new subscription add-on for your app. You could choose from subscription periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years.
In the beginning, you could limit all the features or part of them inside your game. Then after the user purchases the subscription add-on, the game will unlock these features. So the users need to pay by months or years if they want to use all the features of your game.
To create subscription add-ons, you could go through this document: Enable subscription add-ons for your app. It contains all the steps that you need to go through if you want to create subscription add-ons in the partner center and it also contains the code example about how to purchase and check the subscription add-ons.
Thank you.
