Sets the value of the specified attribute or create it if is not part of the element's attribute collection.

Syntax

 XmlElement.SetAttribute(LocalName: Text, NamespaceUri: Text, Value: Text)

Parameters

XmlElement
 Type: XmlElement
An instance of the XmlElement data type.

LocalName
 Type: Text
The local name of the attribute to set.

NamespaceUri
 Type: Text
The namespace URI of the attribute to set.

Value
 Type: Text
The value to set for the attribute.
