Gets an object representing a NetworkDeviceSkuResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String) to create a NetworkDeviceSkuResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetNetworkDeviceSkuResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
