Use Self Service password Reset (SSPR) to reset your admin password.
If you forgot your password but are logged in with cached credentials, you can change your security info at My Account > Security Info, and then reset your password using SSPR. (Most accounts require an alternate email and phone number to complete the reset).
If you forgot your user name, search your alternate/personal email for .onmicrosoft.com to find an email that might have it. Username can also be found in Microsoft 365 apps in the upper right ribbon or by going to File > Account.
Another admin can reset your password from Users > Active users, select the account then select the key icon. Or if your credentials are cached, you can create a new admin account, logon with that account, and then reset your own admin password.
For more password rest scenarios, try Reset passwords in Microsoft 365 for business or open a support case for assistance.
