If you can't find your notebooks, OneNote could be using a different account than you expect. If you have a work or school-provided account in addition to your personal Microsoft account, you'll need to add your other account to view all your notebooks. To connect OneNote to the correct account, follow the steps in How to locate your OneNote notebook.
