UNABLE TO SEND AN ATTACHMENTS WITHIN ALLOWED LIMITATIONS (5 MB)

Kindly note that the mentioned file size is only a 4 MB & it's within the allowed limit to share an attachment with an outside party.
it is in exchange online enviroment and use outlook web app

    Hi @ashan h ,
    The attachment size limit that you set is not the actual value. If you want to send attachments with an actual size of 5MB, you need to adjust the attachment size limit to at least 6.65MB.
