I restored my Asus Transformer 100 and now I cannot find the included Office 2013 Home and Student.  Can someone tell me how I can recover

it?  Thanks.

Office 2013 H&S supplied preinstalled by Asus is not associated with any MS Account

Asus supplied the office Key in their packaging

You activate using this Key, not any MS Account

You can obtain the backup installation file from https://downloadoffice.getmicrosoftkey.com/

It says that Office isn't associated with this account. But it is. I found the click-to-run installer in the programs folder, and did it from that, but when I sign in to the account (yes, I'm sure it's the one I used to activate with) it says Office isn't associated with the account.

I can access my documents on One Drive, but I'm puzzled as to why not.

    Hello Pat,

You may sign in to www.office.com/myaccount using a browser and check if it displays the Office 2013 in the account page.

If it displays the account information you can download Office 2013 from my account page and check if you are able to download and install Office 2013 on the computer.

You may refer to the general troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article below while installing Office 2013/ Office 365 and verify the status.

Those links have nothing to do with the original problem.

I have the same problem also, having reset my X102 netbook, Office is still there but now it needs activating. When signing into the Microsoft Account it says the account is not associated with Office, and because we have never had an activation code it is now unusable. I have asked ASUS but they haven't replied.
