Hello
Please i need your help on this issue.
When we connect to external vendors via Teams we are able to share our screen but we are unable to allow them to control our screen. When they request control they get a message about permissions not being granted.
we have the default org policy but it appears that we should be able to share and grant control with external resources.

Just to confirm, did you check the Content Sharing>External participants can give or request control part in Global meeting policy?
And is the user who would like to share his screen assigned a meeting policy which allows him to sharing screen with external users?

Have them check their policies in Meeting Policies at https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/policies/meetings > (Policy Name/Global org-wide) > External participants can give or request control
