I have Microsoft 2013 Student Edition, when I am using Excel spreadsheet once I select my cells the quick analysis button appears in the bottom left corner of selection but the button only show options for filling. QUESTION is why doesn't my quick analysis tool show the following information:

You have just done a Copy and the Copy Option tool gets displayed.
Lets get the Quick Analysis tool to show
Make a worksheet as shown in screen capture; Seelct the entire table
Note the icon for the Quick ****;ysis tool; click it - second screen capture

What do you mean by "options for filing"

This is strange. There is no option for filling when I click the Quick Analysis. Can you post a screenshot of your data selected and the QA dialog open?
