Can I save my Excel file as a Word document?

I have a spreadsheet that prints very nicely onto 4 pages. I know I can save it as a pdf, but I really want to be able to save it as a Word document so that I can add word comments to the bottom of it. Is there a way of doing this?

I am completely happy with VBA if that's what's required.

Many thanks

M

You cannot save an Excel file as a Word doc but you can:

Copy all or part of a worksheet

    Move to Word

Use Paste Special and stipulate Microsoft Excel object

Now you can add test to the Word document

If you specify Paste Link then any changes made to the worksheet will be reflected in the Word document

    best wishes
