That all said, the way Microsoft deprecates URLs regularly without any notice, if this file is of any value to you, I'd highly suggest you make a copy and safeguard it because there is no guarantee it will still be accessible the next time you need a copy of it.

You used to be able to get it through the United Kingdom Microsoft site:

but it appears that MS has yet again changed there site and made more content disappear without any forwarding (they have a bad habit of this sadly)!
