To resolve the issue follow these steps and download Office 365 again:
- Check the type of internet connection you use (Wired or Wireless)?
- If you are using a wireless connection then you may try to hardwire the connection.
- Remove/uninstall the current installation of Office from your computer using the FIXIT tool: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501
- Once this is done try downloading and installing Office 2016 again.
