Hi.

I am getting the error code 30183-39 (Couldn't stream Office) when I try to install Office 2016 over Office 2013. I am a Office 365 subscriber.

Anybody is experiencing the same issue?

Thanks.

Hello Felininho,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community.

To resolve the issue follow these steps and download Office 365 again:

  1. Check the type of internet connection you use (Wired or Wireless)?
  2. If you are using a wireless connection then you may try to hardwire the connection.
  3. Remove/uninstall the current installation of Office from your computer using the FIXIT tool: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501
  4. Once this is done try downloading and installing Office 2016 again.

Check the above and let us know if it works.

Thank you.

    Hello everybody,

I've got the same problem and I'm already using a wired connection. I've tried it several times, but it still won't work and I really need Office for my exams.

So can somebody please help me?

    Cheers.

I recommend you to open a new thread about it, since this one is already marked as solved.

    Hi.

I was able to install/update without removing the previous Office (2013).

    Thank you.
