Unable to run a query in Access

Up until today I could execute saved queries by double-clicking them or opening them and clicking the Run button. All of a sudden I am no longer able to run saved queries at all. When double-click or clicking Run button I get no error message, but no query runs.

Unfortunately, the problem is with Access on my box. Another person can open the database and run the queries on their machine, but not mine.

Unfortunately working on a tightly controlled business network. Users cannot run anything as admin. Thanks for the ideas!

Have you tried the *Run as Admin*?  You can right mouse msaccess.exe and run as admin then open your database from within Access.  See if it let's you run the queries then.
