How do I increase space between letters? (Using WORD FOR MAC)

I would like to stretch out a word in a document, that is to increase the space between letters. How do I do this in MS Word for Mac?

    You do it from the Font dialog, which is the same way you do it on a PC version of Word. The difference is how you open the Font Dialog... in Word for the Mac you use the Format menu from the Menu Bar and choose Font. This opens the Font dialog.
