Converting a text from caps-lock on to small caps function?

Does anyone know is there a way to automatically convert all words in an all-capital letters text to small letters? If there isn't, it would be a handy feature for Microsoft to add.

Thank you!

Shift + F3 toggles through the case options, or checkout the 'Aa' icon in the font group of the Home tab.

In order to use Small Caps, you must first have the text in lowercase or C&lc (caps and lowercase). To accomplish this, as Graham says, you use the Change Case function, which can be accessed using Shift+F3 (which presents a selection of options) or with all options using the Change Case button in the Font group on the Home tab.
