Unable to create a new document in Word Online

Whenever I open the Word Online web apps and try to create a new document (of any kind), it hangs for a while and then returns me the error "Sorry, we couldn't create your new document.".

BUT, when I go to my OneDrive and create a Word Document there, it just goes directly to Word Online and let me edit it.

(That also happens to any other Office Online apps I use.)

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for your reply, but I'm only using Chrome. Beside, speaking of Internet Explorer, I've tried the same thing I did with Chrome as I mentioned before, and it STILL returns me that error.

    Hi All,

    Is there any resolution to this problem? I am still facing the same issue. I have opened a case with Microsoft Team as well a week ago, but still haven't heard anything from them.

    A quick question before we proceed.

    Do you experience this issue when you try accessing Office Online Apps through Internet Explorer?

    If the above is true, I suggest you to reset Internet Explorer's setting following steps mentioned in the following article then try accessing Office Online Apps and verify the result.

    Are you still having the issue with file creation? If yes, copy/paste the screen shot of the error message (with the session id). We will look into this.
