Is it possible to get Publisher for Mac on Office 365?

One of the main reasons that I want to install Office 365 on to my Mac is so that I can use Publisher for my freelance work. However, this is now not available for Mac. Is there an add-on for Mac users? It's pretty rubbish that there isn't a reduced price for Mac versions as they don't get Publisher or Access in the price.

    Jim please reread my answer.

My two Suggestions were if he wanted Publisher to buy a PC or To buy Parallels, Windows and signing up for PC Version.

There is no confusion. Publish never been available for Mac and Never will be.   I did note Many MVP's don't like Publisher because it tries to make Word Do stuff it's not supposed to do. That also applies to Publishing layout view in the Mac version.

Phillip has confused Publishing Layout View in Microsoft Word 2011 with Microsoft Publisher as an application.

Microsoft Publisher is not now nor has it ever been available for the Mac.

Publishing Layout View in Microsoft Word is discontinued in Office 2016 for the Mac.

If you want Publisher You have two Options

    1. Buy you a PC.
    2. Or Buy Parallels (VM software) a Copy of Microsoft Windows then Install Office 365 for PC. You'll have the Best and Worst of Both World's.

A lot of MVP's don't like Publisher it tries to make Word do things shouldn't. The only thing from the PC side I would be interested in would be Access.
