Using the screenshot tool that Luc mentioned is probably your best bet.
Another option is to use a standalone "Screen Capture" tool. This allows you to capture specific parts of the screen, ie whole screen, whole application window or user selected portion of screen. I have been using a freeware version of a tool called Fastone Capture. There are many other similar tools you can download from the web. Just today I discovered a new tool released by MS called "Snip". It looks pretty good so far. Here is some more info about it
