Microsoft Office 2000 Professional - Clipart

I have been using Office 2000 Professional for many years now and when I changed over to Windows 10 I did wonder if it would still work. However, I was pleased to see that all the programs did work. I do though have a problem with the clipart. When I ask to open it it comes up with an error, so can't open it. I would point out though that on my laptop which also has Windows 10 and Office 2000 Proffessional the Clipart does open and works fine. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can overcome this problem?

Thanks. I tried that but couldn't find one that suited my situation. However, I have been checking the original 2000 CD and have found that in Word, instead of inserting a picture and then choosing Gallery, if I choose  from file I get to see all the clipart and pictures on the CD which in fact is a lot more than what the Gallery every showed! So it's loose on the roundabouts and gain on the swings and now consider this matter finalised. Many thanks for your help.

I am getting the same result as Suzanne.  In Word 2010 when I do a clipart search without "Bing", I get one or 2 hits. When I turn the search back on, same search term I get lots of they "typical" hits.  This was a surprise to me since I thought there were many more clipart installed on the machine.

It's still a Bing search, though. In Word 2010, in the Clip Art pane, if you clear the check box for "Include Bing content," you almost always get no results.

On the computer where it is working, you may have downloaded the ClipArt from the installation disk as a part of the installation. If you have those disks, you could try doing the same on the computer where it is not working.

I believe it was sometime last year that Microsoft discontinued online ClipArt for all versions of Office. In later versions, it gives a less-than-satisfactory Bing search result. I just checked, though, and ClipArt is again active in Word 2010 and 2007.

Since Office 2000 is way out of support, you are pretty much on your own.

The first thing to try is doing an Office Repair.

What is the full error message text and error code (if any)? Error messages are there to give us clues to the problem. Without the message, all we can do is provide wild guesses.
