Hi all! I've been getting a lot of BSOD this past 2-3 weeks with the same stop code of DPC Watchdog Violation. I've tried doing a memory diagnostic test as well as sfc scannow but no problems shows up. I also updated all my drivers as well as windows but the BSOD still keeps on happening. Below is my laptop specs.

Specs: Lenovo L340 - 15IRH gaming laptop - 81lk
CPU: I7-9750h
RAM: 16gb
SSD: Samsung Evo 970 plus 500gb (OS)
HDD: WDC WD10SPZX-08Z10
GPU: GTX 1650

My memory dump file: https://files.catbox.moe/xjnve9.zip

I am very anxious having this problem. I have online class/exams which requires zoom. I'm afraid I might encounter BSOD while doing exams/classes.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi,

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

I understand that you're experiencing a blue screen of death error on your device. Have you made any changes on the PC that might cause the issue? Also, is your device in Windows 10 or Windows 11?

Based on the information you provided above, you can try to perform a process called in-place upgrade. This is a repair installation process that will repair your Windows system and at the same time fix all the possible corruptions and complete missing components - if there are. The good thing about this is that you will NOT lose any files or apps. If you are okay with it, you may refer to the links below for the steps.
