Getting a error when trying to install office 2016 30015-1035(5)

Gettiing an error 30015-1035(5) when trying to install Office 2016 from the online portal on Windows 7 service pack 1. Checked the firewall and no blocks. Very little information on this issue. Anyone out there have a fix?

    Hi Rocky,

    Please try the following steps to see if the issue can be fixed.

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. Temporarily turn off proxy settings.
    3. Temporarily turn off antivirus software.
    4. Temporarily turn off firewall.
    5. Install from another Network.

    If the issue persists, please share a screenshot about the error message with us.

    To insert a screenshot, click on Use rich formatting to create your post. On the edit page, select Insert/Edit Media icon to upload a screenshot.

    In addition, you may try the Office 365 Support and Recovery Assistant. It can help identify and fix Office setup problems.
