Is it possible to purchase a standalone version of Excel 2013?

We need to purchase Excel 2013 to be able to interact with some industrial monitoring software.

Is it possible to purchase a standalone version of Excel 2013 (Pro)?

    All Office products can be bought separately - the trick is finding how!

    I went to MS Support and used the chat feature.

    I expect you will have to get XL2016 but this should bot be a problem if the interface expects XL 2013.

    The features of XL2013 and file structure are preserved

    I bought a microsoft office home and student 2013.

    I install it in my microsoft surface. Unfortunatelly it had a virus attack and is not working well. I clean up everything and tried to install my microsoft office home and student 2013. but it will not let me install.

    The surface is not functionally properly since the virus attack.

    I bought a new dell computer.  How can I install it in my new computer. I shall still be using it on one computer.
