How do I change the default email program within Excel from Apple Mail to Microsoft Outlook?

    Nothing about any other program can be changed from within Excel. If you want to change your default email program you need to do it from within that program.

    In Mail, go to Mail> Preferences - General, then choose the preferred program from the Default email reader list.
